- March 21-22, 2025 | LSA Annual Meeting
Podium Presentation
- Five (5) minute presentation
- Your presentation is strictly limited to three (3) minutes, followed by two (2) minutes of questions.
- You have a total of FIVE slides for your presentation: Background, Methods, 2 Data slides, and Conclusion slide.
- Include a title slide, this is not included in the FIVE slides of your presentation.
ePoster Guidelines
All ePosters will be displayed on Saturday, March 22, 2025 on an ePoster Kiosks. (50” LCD Monitor). NOTE: The presenting author must be present and prepared to give a three (3) minute presentation on your poster. Time TBD.
e-Poster Format
Refer to the e-Poster Format for instructions on how to format your e-Poster found HERE.
e-Poster Submission
- You will need to submit your e-Poster no later than Friday, February 24, 2025 at 11:59pm.
- Upload your ePoster HERE
- We will not accept your ePoster by email.
- You do not need to provide a printed poster for the meeting.
Speaker/Abstract Changes
All changes are due by Friday, March 7, 2025
- No email changes will be accepted.
