On February 8 and 9, 2025, the Maine Society of Anesthesiologists met for its annual winter meeting at the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel. A reception and a Point of Care Ultrasound Clinic led by Dr. Ted Lord followed the business meeting which included an ASA Update. The Sunday, morning CME topics were: Peri-operative Methadone for Acute Pain Control, Utility of Pre-procedural Ultrasound for Neuraxial Procedures, Peri-operative Considerations with Chronic Cannabinoid Users, and Artificial Intelligence in Airway Management.
