The ASSA's state level regulatory and legislative advocacy depends on each ASSA member contributing to its "ASSA Lobbying Fund." Your ASSA's advocacy needs include legislative action, practice expense surveys and presentations to payers, along with financial assistance to support action on legal items. Additionally, it supports advocacy in our nation's capital when ASSA leaders contribute their personal time to represent our specialty. Continued advocacy is vital to our collective futures! Similar to our requests for contributions to ASAPAC, the Lobbying Fund is essential to protecting patient safety and quality of care and our fair payment. Please do not delay in contributing to the cause. The great majority of ASSA members wisely contribute $500 to your Lobbying Fund yearly. Thank you very much for doing your part to help!









*No portion of any contribution made to the ASSA Lobbying Fund can be deducted as a business expense for federal income tax purposes. Also contributions to the ASSA Lobbying Fund cannot be deducted as a charitable contribution.
